What is included in a session?

Each session includes multi-camera video recording, professional audio, lighting, a premium studio environment, and in-studio support to ensure a smooth recording experience.

How long is a session?

Session length is based on your selected booking time. If you need additional time, you can add it during booking or request it during your session (if available).

How many guests can I bring?

A maximum of 4 on-camera guests is allowed. Only guests approved prior to your session may enter the studio. Unapproved guests will not be allowed.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No. BGA Studios provides all necessary recording equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and setup.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth start.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late changes may not be accommodated.

  • Yes. Add-ons include social media clips, custom thumbnails, and additional studio time to enhance your content.

  • Parking is not included at the building. There is a paid parking lot located directly across the street for your convenience. Rates typically range from $20–$30 depending on duration.

    Clients are responsible for their own parking unless otherwise specified. (Anchor shows will receive complimentary parking)

  • Yes. Many clients use their session time to record multiple episodes or pieces of content. Additional time can be added during booking if needed.
